Recovery after arthroscopic knee surgery

Uncomplicated surgery of torn meniscus will resolve most of the symptoms fairly but it may take upto 3-4 months for full healing. The patient should be able to bear weight on knees while standing or walking immediately after the surgery, crutches will be required after surgery for 7-10 days. The rehabilitation part will generally begin immediately after the surgery, which helps to regain range of motion, strength of the muscles, and to regain sensory Motor functions.
