Injury prevention during Exercise

Exercising and workout on a regular basis is really helpful for the body as it helps in maintaining proper Body posture, Muscle tone, Bone health, Increasing concentration and most importantly the Joint stability and Mobility. Exercising doesn't necessarily means going to gym, heavy lifting, running lots of kilometres etc, even simple measures like walking, cycling, swimming, normal body weight training, working out at home etc are also very helpful exercises .

It's important to stop at a limit and not exceed the limit. During the work out, proper care of joints helps in preserverance of joints for long term physical activities.
